Terms of Sale

All purchases on Ask Bobby J are made from AskBobbyJLLC (the “Company”). These Terms of Sale apply together with the Terms of Use, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, each incorporated by reference. Version dated August 12, 2026; effective August 26, 2026.

Ask Bobby is an optional monthly subscription. Deal Check, Buyer Pass, and Bobby J Live are one-time purchases and do not renew.

• Ask Bobby, $19 each month. Each successfully paid monthly billing period includes up to 30 Bobby Answers and up to 3 reviews of documents or photos the customer provides. It excludes live listing, market, VIN, title, and recall data, Decision Files, synthetic voice, and direct access to Bobby Jorgensen.
• Deal Check, $96, 30 days of access. 1 Decision File, up to 40 Bobby Answers, up to 5 listing or document reviews, up to 3 Vehicle Checks, up to 5 Market Refreshes, and Bobby voice with a 20,000-character daily fair-use limit.
• Buyer Pass, $196, 90 days of access. Up to 3 Decision Files, up to 120 Bobby Answers, up to 10 listing or document reviews, up to 12 Vehicle Checks, up to 15 Market Refreshes, and Bobby voice with a 40,000-character daily fair-use limit.
• Bobby J Live, $496, one-time. One private 45-minute video call with Bobby Jorgensen, pre-call deal review, a concise post-call action summary, and the full 90-day Buyer Pass included.

Access begins when Stripe confirms payment. Subscription allowances reset on each successfully paid invoice and do not roll over. A one-time offer ends when its access period expires or its included allowances are used, whichever comes first.

Ask Bobby charges $19 when the subscription starts and $19 each month until canceled. The price and renewal cadence are shown immediately before purchase. You may cancel at any time through account billing. Unless applicable law requires otherwise, cancellation stops future renewal and access continues through the already-paid billing period; there is no prorated refund for the remaining days.

A failed or unpaid invoice does not create a new allowance. Checkout completion alone does not grant access; the successful paid invoice is the access record.

While Ask Bobby is active, the latest $19 membership payment may be applied once toward Deal Check, Buyer Pass, or Bobby J Live, reducing the checkout prices to $77, $177, or $477 respectively. That credit does not stack with another lower-tier credit and is not paid in cash. The membership continues to renew as normal after the purchase and can be canceled anytime from billing settings. An active Deal Check or Buyer Pass may receive its full price as credit toward an eligible higher one-time tier.

• Bobby J Live includes one private 45-minute video consultation scheduled against Bobby’s actual calendar; available times are not guaranteed for any particular date.
• One reschedule is permitted, requested through support@askbobbyj.com or the scheduling link before the session start time.
• A missed session (no-show) without a timely reschedule is treated as a held consultation, the session is consumed.
• The included Buyer Pass activates with the purchase so the work can continue before and after the call.

Bobby J Live provides automotive consultation and coaching. Ask Bobby J and Bobby Jorgensen are not acting as your automobile dealer, broker, lender, attorney, mechanic or purchasing agent and do not guarantee transaction outcomes or savings.

All prices are in U.S. dollars. Applicable sales or similar taxes are collected where required and shown before you pay. Payments are processed by Stripe; the Company does not store your full card details. Access is granted only after Stripe confirms a successful payment, and a durable receipt records the product purchased and the version of terms accepted.

Checkout presents the following statement, and completing your purchase constitutes your agreement to it:

“By completing your purchase, you agree to our Terms of Use, Terms of Sale, Refund Policy and Privacy Policy.”

Subscription checkout separately states the $19 charge today, the $19 monthly renewal until cancellation, continued access through the paid period after cancellation, and the AI identity of Ask Bobby.

A purchase does not guarantee that every third-party data source will return a result or that every vehicle can be fully evaluated. The Service distinguishes measured results from partial, stale, conflicting, unavailable, or unattempted evidence, and reports that status honestly rather than guessing.

Refunds are governed by the Refund Policy, incorporated by reference. In summary: the latest Ask Bobby monthly payment and one-time passes are fully refundable within 7 days if unused in that paid period (no paid answers, document reviews, or other paid features consumed); Bobby J Live is refundable within 7 days if no consultation has been scheduled or held; once a consultation is held (including a no-show), it is non-refundable; after consumption or expiry, no refund is provided except where required by law.
