Ask Bobby J is operated by AskBobbyJLLC (the “Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms of Use (“Terms”) are a binding agreement between you and the Company covering your access to and use of the Ask Bobby J website, applications, and related services (the “Service”). By creating an account, making a purchase, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Terms of Sale, Refund Policy, and Privacy Policy, each incorporated by reference.

Ask Bobby J provides AI-assisted automotive education and decision support built from Bobby Jorgensen’s approved materials and permitted sources. When you use the AI chat, you are not chatting with Bobby Jorgensen live. The Service may organize information you supply, perform transparent calculations, report source-supported observations, identify missing information, suggest questions to ask, and provide consumer-directed next steps.

The Service does not:

• Act as an automobile dealer, broker, buyer’s agent, intermediary, lender, loan broker, credit-repair provider, appraiser, insurer, lawyer, tax adviser, mechanic, repair shop, or warranty administrator.
• Contact a dealer for you, solicit bids, transmit offers, negotiate, hold deposits, execute paperwork, or arrange credit.
• Guarantee price, savings, availability, condition, title, recall status, financing, warranty coverage, legality, safety, or any transaction outcome.
• Replace an independent inspection, exact-VIN recall check, contract review, lender disclosure, or advice from a qualified professional.

Outputs of the Service are generated in part by artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, out of date, or inaccurate. They are provided for education and decision support only and are not legal, tax, lending, insurance, or mechanical advice. You are responsible for verifying important information before making any purchase, financing, repair, or signing decision. The Automotive & AI Disclaimer page is incorporated into these Terms by reference and applies to every output of the Service.

The Service is offered only to individuals who are at least 18 years old and located in the United States. By using the Service you represent that you meet these requirements. Certain features may be unavailable, limited, or fail closed in particular states or transaction contexts.

• You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us promptly at support@askbobbyj.comof any suspected unauthorized use.
• Guest sessions may be temporary and should not be relied on as permanent storage.
• We may suspend or restrict accounts that violate these Terms or present a security, fraud, or abuse risk.

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, harassing, or abusive purpose.
• Scrape, crawl, or bulk-extract content or data; bypass security or access controls; share credentials; or resell or reconstruct licensed datasets available through the Service.
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or attempt to derive the source code, models, prompts, or methodology underlying the Service, except where such restriction is prohibited by law.
• Rely on outputs as professional advice, or use outputs to impersonate Bobby Jorgensen or falsely imply his direct participation in a conversation or transaction.
• Upload another person’s private documents or information without authority to do so.

You retain ownership of documents, images, and other material you upload. You grant the Company a limited, non-exclusive, worldwide license to host, store, process, transmit, analyze, and display that material solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the Service for you. Upload only material you have the right to use, and remove unnecessary sensitive information before uploading. Your uploads are not publicly shared and are handled according to our Privacy Policy; any public sharing would be separately explained and strictly opt-in.

The Service, including its software, design, original content, question frameworks, scoring and analysis methodology, and the Ask Bobby J and Bobby J names, marks, photography, voice, and likeness , is owned by the Company, Bobby Jorgensen, or their licensors and is protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a limited, personal, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own vehicle decisions; no other rights are granted. Third-party brands and source materials remain the property of their owners.

The Service uses data from licensed market data providers, vehicle history and recall sources, and other third parties. That data may be incomplete, stale, conflicting, unavailable, or withdrawn at any time, and features may fail closed when source freshness, identity, jurisdiction, or coverage is uncertain. We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any third-party data, and a purchase does not guarantee that any particular source will return a result.

THE SERVICE AND ALL OUTPUTS ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, ACCURACY, OR UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE OPERATION. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN WARRANTY EXCLUSIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE COMPANY, BOBBY JORGENSEN, AND THEIR AFFILIATES WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST SAVINGS, OR VEHICLE-TRANSACTION LOSSES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE. THE TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY OF THE COMPANY FOR ALL CLAIMS WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE FEES YOU PAID TO THE COMPANY IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) $100. SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW CERTAIN LIMITATIONS, SO SOME OF THE ABOVE MAY NOT APPLY TO YOU.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless the Company, Bobby Jorgensen, and their affiliates from claims, damages, and reasonable expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of the Service, or your violation of any law or third-party right in connection with the Service.

Before filing any claim, you agree to first contact us at [support email] and give us 30 days to work toward an informal resolution.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [State], without regard to conflict-of-laws principles. Subject to the dispute-resolution section above, courts located in [State] will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute not subject to arbitration.

• We may modify these Terms; material changes will be posted with an updated effective date, and continued use after the change takes effect constitutes acceptance. Changes to paid access follow the Terms of Sale and Refund Policy.
• We may change or discontinue features, and you may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms; paid entitlements are handled under the Refund Policy and applicable law.
• If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remainder stays in effect, and the unenforceable provision will be enforced to the maximum extent permitted.
