The VIN snapshot is live identity and current listing data, not a report. Decision Files, additional Vehicle Checks, Market Refreshes, and listing or document reviews are paid.
Consultation times depend on Bobby’s actual calendar. This is one advisory session, not dealer outreach, negotiation, inventory sourcing, inspection, or a guaranteed outcome.
Ask Bobby J provides AI-assisted automotive education and decision support. It is not Bobby Jorgensen speaking live and is not legal, tax, lending, insurance or mechanical advice. Verify important information before making a purchase, financing, repair or signing decision.
Compare the exact allowances.
The paid passes are generous, not unlimited. The limits protect a continuing customer case and keep human access distinct.
Bobby J Live provides automotive consultation and coaching. Ask Bobby J and Bobby Jorgensen are not acting as your automobile dealer, broker, lender, attorney, mechanic or purchasing agent and do not guarantee transaction outcomes or savings.

Every tier includes Bobby’s spoken take with Voice Off available. Allowances apply to one customer and may not be shared, automated, resold, or used to operate a commercial vehicle-research service. System failures and provider errors do not consume an allowance.
Exactly what the limits buy you.
Useful buyer outcomes, not software credits. Here is what each unit contains, so you know the value before you pay.
The unit most buyers ask about
Inside one Vehicle Check
The VIN verified: year, make, model, and trim identity
A local market read centered on your shopping ZIP (about 100 miles)
Price context from comparable live listings when data is available
Bobby’s read of what it all means for your specific deal
One Vehicle Check = one VIN, one pull. Recall and identity questions never spend a check. Failed pulls never count against you.
Not a title report, accident history, inspection, or appraisal. Bobby tells you when you need one of those and who actually provides it.
Bobby Answer
A substantive response using your active conversation, intake, and available evidence. Welcome copy and failed responses do not count.
Market Refresh
An updated look after time, price, location, inventory, or deal terms change.
Listing or Document Review
An explanation of a supported listing, screenshot, photo, or document, including what reconciles and what remains open.
Decision File
The durable deliverable: your walk-in guide. What was checked, the questions to ask at the desk, and one next move.
Bobby Voice
Eligible answers spoken in Bobby’s approved voice. You can stop playback or turn Voice Off. Written guidance remains available if voice is delayed.
Honest boundaries
Bobby can explain available vehicle, market, listing, trade, payment, and paperwork evidence. Bobby can identify gaps and help you prepare the next question. Bobby does not guarantee savings, guarantee an appraisal, inspect the vehicle, provide legal representation, approve financing, or replace a licensed professional.
Know the terms before you choose.
Clear renewal terms, real limits, upgrade credits, and no invented outcome promises.
Is this a monthly subscription?+
No. Deal Check, Buyer Pass, and Bobby J Live are one-time purchases with defined access periods. Nothing on this page renews or charges you again.
Why does Deal Check last 30 days?+
One vehicle decision often changes over several conversations. The dealership may update the price, trade, fees, rate, or paperwork. Thirty days gives you room to work through the active case.
Why does Buyer Pass last 90 days?+
A real search can involve several vehicles, changing inventory, multiple worksheets, and a trade or financing decision. The Buyer Pass follows that journey for 90 days.
Can I ask follow-up questions?+
Yes. Conversation is central to the product. Deal Check includes up to 40 Bobby Answers, and Buyer Pass includes up to 120.
Does Bobby remember what I already shared?+
The product is designed to keep the active case, intake, conversation, and Decision File connected so you do not have to restate the full situation every time.
Is Bobby’s voice included?+
Voice is included with Deal Check, Buyer Pass, and Bobby J Live. Written guidance is always available in every paid tier.
Does a failed answer use my allowance?+
No. A system or provider failure should not consume an answer, Vehicle Check, Market Refresh, or document allowance.
What happens if I reach my answer limit?+
A free account includes five Bobby Answers plus one separate VIN snapshot with available live identity and current listing data, and keeps your conversation and shared context saved. The snapshot is not a report and does not consume an answer. It does not include a Decision File. When those questions are used, your next question is saved and the app shows the one-time options in place. A Deal Check buyer can apply the full $96 toward a Buyer Pass while access is active.
Can I use the pass for someone else?+
No. Each pass is for one customer and cannot be shared, resold, automated, or used as a commercial research account.
Does Bobby negotiate with the dealer?+
No. The AI helps you understand the situation and prepare the next move. Bobby J Live is one advisory call. Neither offer includes dealer outreach or full concierge negotiation.
Is Bobby anti-dealer?+
In his words: I'm not against car dealerships. I was a car dealer, and there's so many great ones out there, and they're so important to the community. What I am against is consumers having bad experiences, feeling pressured, overpaying, and then making decisions they later regret.
